The below email I received in error from Ms Samantha Cattermole the Complex Care Lead to Ms Kate Coughtrie Herefordshire Council Solicitor and the regional manager of The Priory Group, I believe confirms my suspicions that the provider’s interests are the primary concern and not my brother’s best interests.

Regarding the above’s emails disclaimer, I do not recognise the disclaimer as a legally binding contract between the sender and me or the organisation they are employed by or represent, accidental or otherwise.

Shortly after receiving the above email which was sent in error, Ms Cattermole sent me the below email of retraction, which I did not agree too.
