I tried to Skype my brother earlier today, on the off chance he was allowed his council supplied computer to be switched on for his birthday, and since Herefordshire Council confiscated the one I built for his needs which they wouldn’t allow him to have back. There was no answer. Skype now remaining switched off since 2019.
