Below is a redacted copy of the original document given to H House as a reminder of Birthdays and celebratory dates, which includes dates that my brother should be allowed home for.

I requested on several occasions that H House returns to me, or send a copy of the original. What I received is shown below, as you can see it is not a copy of the original and has many Birthdays are missing.

Although the document says if I wish to add to it, I question why dates have been removed, and Due to receiving the letter from DW of The Priory Group refusing to address anything other than arrangements for family home visits, which they are ignoring, I have no way to rectify the missing records for my brother.
