Once again, after being lied to, threatened and harassed by Herefordshire council, I have accepted their proposed legal action against me.
I have asked local councillors for assistance, as can be read in my letter to one of them, below.
I have also requested the councillors obtain the court order allowing the continued monitoring of my website and social media, as the local council declared and conveyed to me was happening through their letter from the Director of Governance & Law, Claire Porter.
As of posting my letter and to date, neither councillor had contacted me. So I will write a follow up letter to them.
