Easter 2024

I reluctantly didn’t attempt requesting that my brother come to visit this year for Easter, as I suspected Priory Group would once again deny him of a visit with a spurious excuse, regardless of a Court decision regarding contact.
Additionally, as Herefordshire councils punitive restriction on communication with them extends into another year, we are afforded no support, and I remain denied of trying to explain to him that our mother died four years ago.

Letter to Cllr Lester

Below is my latest letter to Councillor Lester after asking him for assistance, as lead councillor, in obtaining crucial documents. The letter
resulting in receiving another vexatious response from Herefordshire Council, which you can read in previous posts.
I’ve sent a copy to the Investigatory Powers Tribunal telling them I would endeavour to seek some legal advice, notably as Forcepoint, the council’s VPN/Proxy provider, neglected to address my SAR regarding data logs.

Another Vexatious Letter from Herefordshire Council

Yesterday, I received another offensive letter from Claire Porter of Herefordshire Council after writing to and asking the Lead Councillor Jonathan Lester for assistance regarding an ongoing Investigatory Powers Tribunal case & obtaining a copy of a court order for Ms Porter’s declared continued monitoring of my website & social media.

My Letter, which was addressed to and for the attention of Councillor Lester can be read below, and the response I received from MS Porter below that or on this page: http://whileincare.info/threatening-letters/

Whether Cllr Lester received my letter or it was intercepted beforehand, I don’t currently know. But I am deeply disappointed in the response I received, and will be more so if I find the councillor did receive my letter but chose to disregard my request for help in obtaining copies of the requested for the Investigatory Powers Tribunal case, noting Ms Porter’s reference to the continued monitoring of my social media etc. Such would potentially imply, as with previous council staff I have experience, they would rather conceal wrong than hold council colleagues to account.

CQC Reports Priory Group Care home

I have been reviewing CQC reports, evidence I gave them and records I have regarding my brother ‘s ‘care’ home. Below are four images, extracts from four CQC reports for the same home between 2015 & 2019. All conducted before coronavirus and the pandemic became a consistent excuse for inadequate services, care or support.

Additionally, while Priory Group managers were telling me my brother had a lovely room with Rupert the Bear painted on the wall, and CQC inspectors rated the home ‘Good’, the below is what his room was like. My brother didn’t even have a sheet on the mattress of his bed. How an inspector doesn’t notice basic things like this, is astonishing.

In another CQC report is said ‘People had access to healthcare professionals when they required them.’

During this time my brother had missed doctor’s appointment and again required much-needed dental treatment that was neglected to be addressed. Just why so much and repeatedly CQC inspector/s reports conflict with reality, I can only assume is to appease the provider, having simultaneously employed Priory Group staff as CQC inspector and involved them in evidenced concerns without declaring a conflict of interest.

While I could continue to highlight conflict with the CQC reports, such as staff turnover, having replaced managers several times in three years alone, I will leave it for another day and end by saying I highly suspect it’s not the only home to have a number of erroneous CQC reports.
