On 5th March 2018, I sent an email to Ms Kate Harvey (CEO of onside-advocacy.org.uk) requesting to know who the proposed solicitor was that my brother’s current paid representative claimed was reviewing the recent DoLS authorisation.

On the 13th March 2018, I received a refusal from Ms Harvey to provide the requested information. Such has caused a considerable delay to legal challenge on behalf of my brother, notably as Ms Harvey and colleagues have assisted in the destruction of a close, caring family and the institutionalisation of my vulnerable brother.

In hindsight, I should have expected such from an organisation who provided a negligent advocate to my vulnerable brother and who’s chair of trustees, in the past as a senior police officer retired from the force due to their sexual harassment of a colleague, abusing their position of trust and authority.
